Thank you for using My Diary, Journal with Lock ("the App", "we", "us", or "our").

My Diary, Journal with Lock is a free, OFFLINE diary and journal application. The App
does NOT collect, store on remote servers, transmit, or share any personal data or
user data off your device.


1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We want to be clear and transparent: the App does NOT collect any personal information.
Specifically, we do NOT collect, transmit, or share:

- Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage or analytics data
- Contacts, messages, or any account information
- Any other personal or sensitive user data

The App works fully offline. No registration, login, or account is required to use it.


2. YOUR DIARY CONTENT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

All content you create in the App — including diaries, journals, secret thoughts,
moods, pictures, themes, stickers, fonts, and any private moments — is stored LOCALLY
on your device only.

We do not have access to your diary content. This data is never uploaded to our servers,
never sent over the internet, and is never shared with us or any third party.


3. APP PERMISSIONS

The App may request certain device permissions only to provide its features, and only
with your action:

- Photos / Storage: to let you add pictures to your diary entries and to back up or
  restore your data locally. These files remain on your device.

The App does not use these permissions to collect or transmit any data off your device.


4. BACKUP AND RESTORE

The App allows you to back up and restore your memories and private journal. Backups
are created and stored on your own device or your own personal storage location. We do
not have access to your backups, and they are not sent to us.


5. DATA SECURITY

To help protect the security of your memories and private journal, the App allows you to
set a diary password (lock). Because your data is stored only on your device, keeping
your device secure and remembering your password are important. We cannot recover a lost
password or access your locked content on your behalf.


6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under
the age of 13. The App is safe to use as it stores all data locally and does not transmit
any data.


7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services
that collect your data.


8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this
page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy
